1. Eligibility for Exchange

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags, certificates, and invoices intact.
  • The item must not be damaged, altered, or customized.
  • Exchange is applicable only once per order.

Note: Customized, engraved, or made-to-order pieces are not eligible for exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Custom or made-to-order designs
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence

3. How to Request an Exchange

Please follow these steps to initiate an exchange:
