  • Customized or made-to-order jewelry

  • Engraved or personalized products

  • Items purchased during clearance or special sale (unless damaged or defective)

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to:

    • Damaged product

    • Incorrect item sent

  • We recommend using a trackable and insured courier service

  • Kreeshva Jewels is not responsible for items lost during return shipping

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos/videos of the issue

Once verified, we will offer:

  • Replacement, OR

  • Full refund (based on product availability)

5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refund processing time: 7–10 business days

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been shipped or processed

  • Custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has started
